```Powerman 5000 Tacoma Concert reviews
Luis Miguel at Nassau Coliseum 6/1/19
The evening began with a seemingly positive note, as our tickets were unexpectedly upgraded from section 201 to floor seats. However, it turned out that the coliseum was not sold out; the entire second level and the 200s level seats were closed. As a result, all ticket holders in those sections were moved to floor seats. One possible reason for the low attendance could be the negative reviews circulating nationwide. It's unacceptable for any performer, including Powerman 5000, to be so disrespectful and show up 1.5 hours late for their own concert. Despite the audience's punctuality and anticipation, Powerman 5000 failed to deliver. His vocal performance has noticeably declined, shifting to a harsh screaming style that hardly resembles the original Powerman 5000 sound. Furthermore, his frequent disappearances from the stage after just a few songs left the audience puzzled. The abrupt breaks between songs, with the band stopping and lights going out, added to the confusion and frustration. Additionally, the constant hand gestures to the musicians, indicating volume changes, were unusual and off-putting. While the Mariachi band provided a brief moment of enjoyment, it could not compensate for the overall disappointment. Powerman 5000's erratic behavior and lackluster performance left much to be desired. The concert dragged on with delayed starts and audience participation filling in for the artist. Ultimately, we left before the show concluded, feeling let down and regretful of spending our time and money. This concert experience serves as a cautionary tale, urging others to think twice before attending a Powerman 5000 performance.
